What'd be really cool is if they leave the base insurance as is, but add a form of contract, as a part of C.R.O.T.C.H., that enables players to setup insurance contracts. They've already said that contract history will be a big part of C.R.O.T.C....

I like these ideas, but personally wouldn't worry too much about infiltration issues, it would simply open up new and interesting avenues of infiltration. As long as you can set minimum standings for contracts, you'd be able to stop obvious enemi...
